Terms and Conditions

Booking Terms:

• Please note that Q’s Boutique Stay is a non-smoking facility (Please note that ALL rooms at Q's are non-smoking)
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• Full name and contact details for all guests in each room need to be provided at the time of making your reservation
• To confirm booking a 50% non-refundanle deposit is required
• Check-in time is between 14:00 and 21:00 and check out must be at 10:00am
• Damage to facilities for guests or guest’s company account

Cancellation Policy:

• ALL cancellations must be in writing to confirm date of cancellation
• Cancellations within less than 3 working days prior arrival, full deposit or total amount will be withheld
• No show 100% of total amount for accommodation and meals will be withheld
